vegan win at Cambridge Triathlon

Graham White, a teacher at Great Cornard Upper School and NESX vegan, showed a good return to form as he won his age group at the Cambridge Triathlon on Sunday 10th August at Mepal. A characteristically slow 1500m swim was followed by a strong 40km cycle and even better 10km run, resulting in a final time of 2 hours, 30 minutes and 31 seconds. He is now looking forward to the half ironman (1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike, 13.1 mile run) at Rutland Water on 6th September. Congratulations and good luck to Graham!
