Graham White, a teacher at Great Cornard Upper School and NESX
vegan, showed a good return to form as he won his age group at the
Cambridge Triathlon on Sunday 10th August at Mepal. A
characteristically slow 1500m swim was followed by a strong 40km cycle
and even better 10km run, resulting in a final time of 2 hours, 30
minutes and 31 seconds. He is now looking forward to the half ironman
(1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike, 13.1 mile run) at Rutland Water on 6th
