London's first fine vegan restaurant
SAF = simple authentic food, and chef and vegan Chad Sarno intends the restaurant to become a centre for innovative plant-based cuisine. It will be a 100% organic establishment, offering vegan and raw food, London's first organic cocktails, and organic and biodynamic wines.
